RR Donnelley to Announce Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2012 Results and Host a Conference Call on February 26th

CHICAGO, Feb. 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012 on Tuesday, February 26, before the market opens. On the same day, at 9:00am Central time, management will host a conference call to be broadcast simultaneously over the internet to review the company's results. The live webcast will be accessible on RR Donnelley's web site: http://www.rrdonnelley.com.

Individuals wishing to dial in to the call should register in advance at http://www.meetme.net/rrd.
