RR Donnelley Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, Oct. 26, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share. The dividend is payable December 1, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 10, 2011.
